Aveden lvl 80 Human Priest
I was accepted a long time ago, but I had quit WoW for a period of time. I started back up again a few months ago when they offered faction change. I joined a server to play with some friends from work, but now they have quit playing. The server is horrible and the population is small. I miss playing with my old pals on Undermine, so I was wondering if you guys had room for a pretty well geared dual specced Shadow/Disc Priest. I don't expect to make the "A" team by any means, I just want to get back to my roots and have some fun!
Here's my armory at the moment:

Metasamus 80 Warlock
Hey yall I was here once and now I get the chance to come back. What I would like to bring back is not only my warlock main Metasamus but also Metashammy and Metadeath my Shaman and DK as alts. My shaman is main ele 2nd resto and 3rd enh. My dk is main tank and dps 2nd. My warlock is Destro main and Demonology offspec. My raiding times now work perfectly with the guilds raid times again. I'm excited to get a chance to come back and get some shit done with OoD! You know my raiding experience and you know that I'm a good player. So let me rejoin and lets have some fun.

I've been hacked
When I try to log in, it asks for a randomly generated number produced by an authenticator. I did order an authenticator, but I haven't received or activated it yet.
Demote my ass.
Lyapunov's Marksman guide
In the spirit of Fae's post, I thought I'd write a guide of my own, especially considering how many hunters we're raiding with now. I answer most of these questions on a daily basis, both for in-guild and out-of-guild hunters, so having this guide will save me some playtime. This guide consists of almost everything I know about playing a marksman hunter, which I have played since early Ulduar. I haven’t played survival since back then, so I don’t intend to write a guide for that spec—I’ll leave it in more able hands.
I) Why choose marksman?
Beast Master spec is currently a joke for raiding, although it is great for leveling, soloing, and small-scale PvP (2v2 and to a lesser extent 3v3 and WSG). There are also a few fights in which BM shines, such as Yogg-Saron while in the portal team and Rotface if you are the assigned kiter, but these are rare and highly situational.
The difference between survival and marksman hunters in average progression gear (ilevels 226-264) is quite small, generally within 5% either way. For lower gear levels, survival is much better (i.e., just dinged 80). Which spec you chose also depends on personal preference, latency, and gear.
ICC Second Wing
Festergut:

DPS check, positioning check, and have to gather on certain random people periodically. The second video was the best I thought, but doesn't include tank swapping which may or may not make it to live servers.
Rotface:

Positioning check, and have to run away periodically. Sounds similar to Grobbulus.
Professor Putricide:

Info on him is still sketchy. We'll have to wait and see what makes it to live servers. Basically an add killing fight with kiting/positioning, along with 1+ people of our choice performing special tasks as Abomonations.
A Guide for the Inexperienced Mage
Most of this information is intended for and directed at the mage class, but many of the things in this guide can be applied to all caster dps.
Back to Basics
The main role of any dps caster class is to do as much damage as possible without pulling threat. All caster classes have at least one ability that wipes or at least reduces their threat on the current target. Please have Omen threat meter installed. You must have 130% of the tank’s threat to pull off of them as a caster (this does not apply to melee dps), so know when you’re approaching that point and use your aggro reducing abilities wisely.
Remember, a dead dps does no damage at all.
Mages can manage their threat a little more efficiently with talents like Burning Soul (for fire) and Arcane Subtlety (for arcane). Mages also have Invisibility which eliminates 10% of their threat each second with a complete wipe after 5 seconds. And Mirror Image which deducts 4 million threat as long as your clones are up. The threat will be added back when the clones vanish.
ABC – Always Be Casting. Mages, unlike warlocks and shadow priests, do not have high damage DoTs (ignite is technically a DoT but is generally only utilized by deep fire mages). So a constant, steady spell rotation is key to a mage’s success.
